The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES You can usually show up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS

Parking lots typically open 2 hours before door time, but stay tuned to our socials to be sure. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

FAST LANE

Skip the lines and enter with less hassle. Present this voucher at the Fast Lane Gate located at the Main Entrance along with your event ticket for easier entry and skip the public lines. Each patron must have their own fast lane voucher and concert ticket.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS

For taxis and ride shares, head to Lot 10 after the show.

WHEN YOU GET HERE

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY

Before you start your journey to PNC Bank Arts Center, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation App. Your phone is your ticket! For more info on Mobile Ticketing Click Here

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

THE MERCH

Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the North and South plaza. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the main plaza.

RECYCLING

You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING

Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show, we just ask you take up ONE SPOT and stay mindful of your neighbors. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.
